Les and his team (and Sally) were very professional and left the site nice and tidy. Les gave a lot of advice and also was willing to follow precise instructions. I can highly recommend Design and Build and will probably use them again in the future.

Les made a good solid job of fixing my manhole cover - I'm very pleased and intend to use him again if I have any other issue in that area.

Les and Martin (and Sally via regular email updates) are a great team. The completed this job within 3 days working long hours to ensure it is completed. They took care in preserving old bricks for me to use in the future and they always left the area clean after each working day. Les is very experienced and gave me a lot of advice of other work I am doing around my house, he even helped me open a fireplace and remove an old pipe at no extra cost! Overall, I would strongly recommend Design and Build to anyone needing any building work. Their experience along with their hard work makes them top tradesmen.

Les and his team have been professional from start to finish. He is happy to explain his proposed solutions, as well as take onboard our comments. We would happily recommend him to other people. The scope of the works increased, because of unforeseen ground conditions, but still completed within the original period. We had no complaints regarding the cost of the variation.

Les and his team arrived on the agreed day and finished clearing a very overgrown and difficult garden clearance with no fuss, no mess and a very positive attitude, on some of the hottest days of the year so far. I would whole heartedly recommend Les Toller to anyone.
