I hired Deanway pointing to repoint the whole front wall of my house. Derrick and Dean did a great job for a competitive price. They were punctual and professional and explained everything they were going to do. They finished on time, tidied away and the wall looks really good. Thank you Deanway.

The job was started on time. I was charged the price as agreed. Courteous and communicative. The job was probably quite large and tricky (100+ year old house, with a collapsed archway over a window), but they obviously have the experience required to undertake the work.

Derrick and his son turned up when they said they would and got on with the job . They completed well ahead of schedule due to the mortar turning to a red powder. The house looks really good now it has dried out. They were very good to get on with and nothing was to much trouble.

I would highly recommend Deanway Pointing, Derrick and his son did an excellent job pointing Gable end wall, they are very efficient at what they do, turn up when they say they will, I had several quotes for the job and Derrick e mailed me a full list of what they intended to do, glad I chose Deanway Pointing.

We are really pleased with the work undertaken. Derricks level of communication is great and he kept us updated right the way through from quote to finishing the job. Derrick was able to tell us the problem we were having with some of our brick work and resolved the problem for us. We had the front and back of the house pointed and it looks great. Context: I work as a Project Director, delivering and inspecting millions of pounds of building work annually, but like anyone else my home still needs maintenance from reliable local tradesmen!! Experience: Deanway were the only one of the three contractors that I picked from MyBuilder to fully explain 'exactly' and in detail how they would approach the job, what they would do, when they would do it and how long it would take and send me a written quot to confirm. Value: The quote I received from Deanway, was not the lowest, because 'value' to me is more important than lowest cost. I was convinced they would do the job right and provide overall best value, this made my choice easy. Quality: Deanway showed up when they said they would, carried out the works the way they said they would, executed the works as they said they would and finished ahead of time...I am absolutely stunned at the results on a challenging job with difficult access. Really pleased. To Close: As someone from the building industry inspecting trade works for 30 years, Deanway had a tricky customer; I would not hesitate to recommend them (have already) and will definitely use them again in future on my home...reliable, professional, good value, good quality tradesmen.
