Dilshan was professional, friendly and polite. He completed all works on the same day. He also responded to all queries promptly. Couldn't do both because of safety reasons. As an electrician, it is compulsory to follow the safety of myself and others. Whether the customer liked it or not, I had to refuse the work for one ceiling fitting. I'm a person who follows and does the work according to the regs precisely.

Email quotations and follow up reports with photos were sent to us very promptly and Dilshan worked Saturday and Sundays to keep the work on track. Review left on 15 Feb 2022Rating: 1 out of 5Tripping outCome to complete the job, there was an issue with one of the pendants I purchased, he promised he would come back to finish the job once the new pendant was received, when contacted he said he will be in Bristol for the next 5 days I said no worries I’ll wait. He then ignored me at the end lf the 5 days, and now claims to be in Bristol for another 2 weeks. Typical bad ethnically tradesmen, which of course won’t make it big with this mentality.Answer from tradesperson:
I have done the job and completed it the same day I promised. There was a problem with the pendant and has to replace it with a new one which is not my problem. And this customer wants me to come another day and fix it. I agreed but never knew when he will get the fitting. All of a sudden he cal me and said to come and fix it for him where I'm not available. I was in Bristol. Still, I'm in Bristol and he called me today to come and fix it. How it is possible for me to come from far and do one fitting for this customer? I politely said I'm in Bristol and will be back after a few weeks. Also, he wants me to travel to his house and fix the fitting for free. I should have done it if I was at Brentwood. Because of this reason this customer has done negative feedback. I have nothing to do with him and I have done the work and completed it. How can a customer say to tradesmen to come and do the work free of charge and give feedback negatively which is not reasonable? This customer is very crafty and please, I advise any tradesmen to be careful of this customer. He wants the work to be done free of charge. My job is completed and nothing I have left for him. Broken fitting is not my problem, it is the problem of the customer who purchased it.
