David called me and explained how to fix the problem myself - he said he'd prefer to do that instead of charging me for a callout. I thought that was really helpful and honest - and the advice he gave me worked! I would consider David for future work as he's very helpful, honest and gave me good advice to fix the problem

David came to fix a malfunctioning macerator. I reckon most plumbers would have said just buy a new one - but David took it all apart, worked out what the problem was, put it all back together again and made it work as new. David was punctual, pleasant, good at communicating, a very skilled plumber and worked hard at the job. David is a gem of a pluMber and of course I would recommend him.
