David, I am not happy with the service you provided. The service I requested was to change part of the pipe behind the toilet , you used the plunger to unblock the toilet with I previously used, it did not work and yet you charged me £40 with was not agreed. I mentioned to you that the property I moved into is a new built and that that specific toilet was never used (the water was clear) I did pay and I requested an invoice which you never sent! Thank you

David provided efficient, transparently priced and cost-effective service from start to finish, replacing indoor and outdoor taps and also some washers.
