It was almost impossible to put the TV back on. Back of the wall was a bit of a mess. Wires were not neatly in the back box as I was expecting. I would like to point out I said I would sort the fault this week and will do it is only Wednesday! My feedback is because I always get the job done and to a good standard. I have also been to the property once aftwr arranging access to get there and had to go to another job and come back another day which we did and left them working. The fault has clearly returned to which I said I would return again. Think the negative is harsh as I missed a call today that's all and haven't even been given the chance to call you back before the feedback. This isn't a reflection of my work as it's not even my work it's a fault find so I still take pride in all my work and thank all my other customers.
