I was a bit unsure about using a company I had found online and not on personal recommendation but I'm really happy I chose Shepherd Home Improvements. Richard and team have done a great job transforming my bathroom, it has been completely gutted and stripped back to a shell before being re-plastered, new bathroom suite (including electric shower) fitted and tiled, new ceiling exposed and LED lights installed, new flooring and skirting also added, all pipe work is now under the floor. From being given the original quote (which was very reasonable compared with others I had received) and to the work starting, Richard has been easily contactable and helpful with any queries I have had and he kept me fully up to date each day as to how the work was progressing. The new bathroom was completed within 7 days and the few minor snags that I had were also sorted out promptly. I would highly recommend Shepherd Home Improvements

Wow, what can i say. I had cowboys fit a bathroom in my previous house, so i was very dubious about getting another bathroom fitter. But from the first time i met Dan and Richard i had every confidence in them. They took down two walls, created a shower area and fitted my slipper bath. Along with the electrical things like lights and extractor, the tiling and plastering and many other things they worked it out perfect. Only problem was with the bathstore. They delivered on the wrong day with wrong parts. But that did not phase Dan or Richard one bit. They put me at ease and worked around that problem by organising around the new delivery date and got the missing parts themselves. I now have a bathroom that my daughter says looks like a show home. That is praise as good as it gets!! Thanks again for your hard work and delivering it at a great price, with good humour and in a clean and efficient mannor. I have no reservations in referring you to anyone. I will be getting you back for the kitchen next year so watch out boys....
