I am sure that people will look at the other 141 positive feedback messages and make there own mind up as to the professionalism and ability of our company. There is only so much additional work we can do for free, when the skirting in the middle room was removed and the wall knocked off it became apparent that you had a dry rot issue and were advised that the door frame was also rotted due to the dry rot. At our expense we replaced the skirting board on the affected wall and treated all the wall and new skirting with a triple action timber solution which should have been charged at £175 but as we had some solution on the van we agreed to do it free of charge. We offered to replace the piece of skirting in the front room and also replace the door frame at the cost of the materials but was told by your wife that you would do it Dean as you are "in the trade". If the plastering was so bad why did your Mother in Law who owns the property ring me 2 weeks later and ask me to quote for the plastering at her house. Finally I have never ignored your calls, your mother in law left a message on the Sunday for me too ring but left no number, you rang me at 7.15pm and left a voice message asking me to call you but as I was in the middle of football training as I coach a youth team I could not answer. I would of rang you back after training but by 7.30pm you had left this feedback. Mike Latham
