Even though Michael is a neighbour in our street he was also recommended by another friend. I was having a new bathroom fitted and needed someone to remove the existing tiles and make good any damage. Mr Latham came to have a look after work and advised me of the work that would be required and the time the works would take, We had to have some new boards and all the walls/ceiling plastered.The work was done on schedule and within the price he quoted and the quality of work was to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending his company.

michael came to view a problem i had with damp creeping up my wall he came and straight away said the plastering work i had done previously had been plastered to the floor he also showed me the problem and was very informative he resolved the problem by removing the skirting and the damaged plaster he then injected some damp proof cream then re-plastered and and refitted the shirting board he was very quick and very professional and said if any problems just give me a call up to press ive had no problems and the courtesy call i received last week was most unexpected but very welcome
