Michael checked the whole area, showed me the damp readings and explained what needed to be done. As the job was much smaller than I expected, he was able to fit me in very quickly. On the day he turned up promptly and put up dust covers to protect furniture etc. During the job he showed me the cause of the problem and how it would be cured. Once the job was completed, he left the area tidy. Best of all his price was extremely competitive. I would definitely use him again and am happy to recommend him.

Mike contacted me quickly after posting my job, arranged to survey at a convenient time to suit us and turned up on time. He assessed the works, gave an indication as to the cause, advised the best course of action and gave my husband a competitive approx price during the visit - he then emailed over (same day!) his assessment as to what was the cause, detailed works required to rectify the problem and his quote (Very reasonable). I had questions (as I was not here when Mike visited) and Mike responded swiftly and knowledgeably. I knew we would be in safe hands so we booked. Mike and his colleague attended today to complete the job, at the agreed time. Considering the work we needed doing - I was sure the house would need a thorough clean after but that was not the case. Mike and his colleague completed the work quickly, to an extremely high standard and left the room incredibly clean! Very impressed. We'll be booking Mike&co again - pleased to have found a professional who can fix such scary issues such a damp/mould in the home! Definately recommend!!

We had a rising damp issue affecting most walls. This was causing us immense stress. We had a quotation from another contractor who was not very clear in what needed to be done and how much it would cost us and also was very expensive. I found this website on google and posted the job. Contact was made with Mike. I read his reviews and they are very impressive. I spoke with Mike on the phone and he reassured me about everything and said he would come around and assess the situation. Mike assessed the house and gave a very detailed report explaining exactly what was wrong, what the solution was and the best competitive price. I booked Mike straight away. The work was carried out exactly as stated, also extra jobs were carried out at no extra cost, like pointing some outside brickwork which were leaking some water through. The work was carried out very efficiently and to the highest standard. Mike kept me informed everyday of the progress. Having a rising damp issue is a very stressful experience, but Mike is the perfect person to take all this stress away. I would advise anyone who has a rising damp issue to not think about it anymore and give Mike a call. He is a very friendly, caring, efficient, trustworthy expert. Mike visited promptly and provided a detailed breakdown of the work required. The price was reasonable and we didn't have to wait too long for the work to be done. Despite it being a very messy job the house was left pretty tidy. The work comes with a 15 guarantee, which I hope not to call on.

Mike Arrived and kept in good communication throughout . He resolved a rising damp issue in my lounge and done an effective job by removing existing plaster, treating the bricks , installing membrane and fitting plaster board and plastering . I would recommend Mike as basically because, they are Triton product specialists , and they offer the same quality of service and products as other local competitors , yet at half the price . As a consequence, I have also recommended my new neighbour to Mike, who has just moved in and has major damp issues. Keep up the good service.
