Right from the start Mike gave me confidence. He took the time to give me a possible explanation for the damp that was occurring in my bedroom, from the description I had posted on my builder.com - he explained clearly but didn't try to bamboozle me with jargon. On checking the room in person, once again he explained the readings and confirmed that humidity was the cause. Mike kept me informed throughout which was particularly helpful as the work was being carried out at my rental property so Mike had to arrange times convenient to the tenants. The work was carried out well and Mike's team took precautions to minimise dust/dirt within the property when fitting the passive humidity vent by covering furniture. Thank you for the work you completed Mike. I have no doubt that if an issue arose with the installation, that Mike would be on hand to rectify it.

Mike and his team were punctual, hard working and really considerate. Mike was responsive and knowledgeable when looking at the job, and he completed in the time he said he would. They were also really tidy and considerate when working in the house, something that is priceless! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his company if you need damp proofing.

Great... Informative and was able to tailor work and help us prioritise based on budget available . We had some work done and the team was clean and quick and was definitely a job well done!! The filters we bought where by no means cheap but through information supplied and our own research we knew it was the right choice over standard air bricks - thanks mike!!!

Very good service. Nice guys too. Came at half 8 both mornings and started straight away, jobs were completed quickly and to a high standard. Work guaranteed for 15 years and certificate of guarantee has been sent and received. Recommend to anyone that needs damp proofing in the north west as they are very good.
