    Servicing- combi boiler and unvented storage cylinder
    Happy to recommend Craig, he and his colleague turned up on time and completed the boiler/cyclinder servicing (for warranty purposes), fixing a small issue without extra charge.

    Replacing 3 radiators
    Great service from Craig and his fellow heating engineer. Friendly and timely communication. He replaced 3 radiators to a high standard, exactly as quoted. Even a day early than expected. I will definitely be calling on Craig's services again in the future.

    Gas hob removal
    Craig was excellent from start to finish and extremely professional. He was approachable and hard-working. I am pleased with the finished job, he definitely went the extra mile in ensuring his work was of a high standard & would definitely use him again!

    New heater sistem
    Very slow and not professional, just talking money for nothing, not any guarantee off the job, after they finished the job, few pipes started liking, very unprofessional...

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Avoid this customer, When I priced for the job he kept on adding extras on to a job, for example he wanted his bathroom ripping out and first fixing and expected this for free since we were fitting his boiler. When I explained this was going to cost extra it went down hill from there.
