Had issues with CT plumbing. Was charged 3k for a loft boiler installation. They rushed it, and after almost a year, the downstairs hot tap stopped working. I asked them to come and look at it and they told me it was a Baxi issue. Eventually, Baxi came out and found that the installers had installed the hot and colds the wrong way round. Apparently, the boiler does work in reverse, but this can damage internal components. They haven't been forthcoming about fixing the issue because they are busy. It feels like trying to get blood from a stone when dealing with them. I've been left with a faulty installation and damaged new boiler and no fix, despite paying 3k for 3hrs or less work :(

Job done professionally well to a very high standard. Very courteous. All mess cleaned up after the installation. Highly recommended.

I paid a comparatively higher price for the boiler replacement because I trusted the reviews and their quotation. Unfortunately, I couldn’t be present while the work was being carried out. As agreed in the quotation, they were supposed to install both a magnetic filter and a limescale filter, but the limescale filter was not fitted initially. After several follow-ups and nearly three weeks of communication, they finally acknowledged the issue and returned to install the missing filter. The boiler itself is working fine now. If you want it shorter, stronger, or more positive for a public review, just say the word.
