I paid a comparatively higher price for the boiler replacement because I trusted the reviews and their quotation. Unfortunately, I couldn’t be present while the work was being carried out. As agreed in the quotation, they were supposed to install both a magnetic filter and a limescale filter, but the limescale filter was not fitted initially. After several follow-ups and nearly three weeks of communication, they finally acknowledged the issue and returned to install the missing filter. The boiler itself is working fine now.
