Craig was very prompt and patient whilst we sorted out issues with a previously-booked plumber (not through MyBuilder)...when we confirmed the job he was out to survey it within a short time and returned to complete the work promptly. Even managed to pick up some extra work on the hoof and completed that as well with a very tidy radiator installation. I am very impressed with the work Craig did. The quote was competitive, communication and timescale were excellent. Workmanship from start to finish was 10 out of 10. Craig was very accommating and kept in touch from initial quote to completion of work which was carried out for a very competitive price.
