We hired CT Plumbing to complete some work in our bathroom and we found they carried the work out in a very professional tidy way. The work was complete to a very high standard and am very happy with the job. We made several changes to the work needed and they were happy to amend the quote more than once for us. When the guys arrived we talked through the work once more and the guys explained that certain things we wanted were not needed and reduced the quote so we payed less then expected which is always welcome. They did not just change things that were not needed and the honesty was very welcome. After the work was carried out they cleaned up and left everything tidy and took all the junk with them. We will need a few more jobs in the bathroom next year and I will be giving CT Plumbing a call for 100%. Thanks Guys.

Craig did a brilliant job fitting a cloakroom suite for my elderly mum, servicing her boiler too and sorted out a problem she had with her timer unit. A lovely guy, who went out of his way to explain things to her. I would recommend CT Plumbing and Heating 100%+

My experience with Craig throughout the whole process was exemplary. He came around and quoted within 24hrs of my request. I had shortlisted him because of the huge number of positive reviews he already had. Craig notified me in advance that he was going to be starting a day late due to the boiler not being delivered in time (through no fault of his). What was absolutely fantastic was that rather than just extending the job by a day Craig doubled the resource and managed to get the old boiler out and the new one in within 24hrs meaning i didn't have to go without heating at all! On top of this he actually managed to get the new flue in place of the old one (we were told by numerous plumbers that they would have to run a flue out the front of the house). This again was a major coup as it meant not putting a new hole through the external wall, and saving money and time! I think what most impressed me was after the job was complete Craig constantly checked in to make sure there were no issues. But the real reason why you should hire these guys? Well, we had two minor issues with leaks after the job was complete - neither was a result of the work that the team had done, but they came over the following day and fixed them. Amazing service! - Aftercare is so important particularly when you are sending lots of money on new boilers etc. Would fully recommend if you want someone that will do a great job and won't leave you hanging with any snags after!

From the very first meeting with Craig, I was immediately impressed as he was very clear and concise from the start.All options including replacement boiler,and moving it to a new location to type of boiler needed was very well explained . On the booked day, CT heating turned up and worked like Trojans throughout the day,which was an absolute credit to him and his team.The result after 8 hours, new boiler in its new location pumping out hot water and heating not experienced before.Disruption was kept to a absolute minimum and they cleaned up thoroughly and took old boiler and rubbish with them.Apart from doing an amazing job, CT plumbing was highly competitive and professional in all aspects of carrying out this work .Can't thank him and team enough and was very satisfied indeed. I certainly would recommend CT plumbing and would definately use them again.

Craig and his team members installed a Worcester system boiler and a Jet unvented indirect hot water cylinder in my house. Craig was very professional from the beginning. Craig was very patient to accommodate my requirements. He also fixed some leaks in the central heating system without extra charge. The job was done at a very high standard. I am very happy with his communication and professional work. definitely recommend him to others.

Craig supplied and fitted me a new kitchen tap with high neck, replaced waste & overflow, & put in new isolation valves. (we decided new sink wasn't necessary in the end) Craig did a great job, he was able to schedule the work quickly, arrived on time and got the job done really quick too. Tidy job too. Good communications, Craig was always very swift in getting back to me. Many thanks - would recommend!
