Jan was everything I would expect from a qualified expert. He did his job very very precicely, clean and accurate, he tidied up afterwards and just got on with his job with no fuss or too much talking or fuffing about. But that is what I paid him for to do, but me being german I am always expecting a very high standard and I can get very maticulate about things and that is not always that easy and straight forward. On top of everything regarding the job I thought that Jan is a gem, sweet, very polite and helpful and is in very good command of English. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to neighbours and friends. Overall, I am pleasantly surprised and very happy and satisfied. Michael

Rafal was a very experienced builder/decorator and the finish was impeccable. Very friendly, proficient, clean and punctual. I would definitely recommend Jan and Rafal from comfort builders and use them again.

Work was carried out at quite short notice & Rafal started on time. The installation took longer (about 3 hours) than was originally quoted for, since the sink we supplied was not exactly the same dimensions as the one to be removed. VAT had to be added to the final cheque payment. The sink looks fine & we are well-pleased with the work.

I am very happy with the work that has been carried out. Jan and his colleague did a very good quality job. They discussed with me the various options, and then carried out professionally what we agreed to do. They were on time and very clean.
