Came on time, (9am) got to work quickly. changed toilet cistern within 1 hr, left site at 11am, so far so good. Would use again.

Very polite and professional. Explained everything that needed doing and completed work to a high standard. I am very pleased and would definitely hire him again.

Jan and Robert took on our refurb project together. The project involved converting a studio flat to a 1 bed and involved, insulating, plasterboarding. Installation of kitchen & bathroom including tiling and plumbing, plastering the entire flat, raising the floor in 1 room and buiding steps, installing new doors and door frames. Jan does the plastering and Robert the remainder of the job. They did a fantastic job for us, we would be very happy to hire them again and will be once we get our next project. The worked very fast and turned up everyday to complete the job on time. My wife and I are really pleased with the result and finish and would like to extend our thanks and gratitude. They also provided advice but were not overbearing and support with the building regs 100% happy with this job. As I have received no response to my message about the mistake he did, I am posting negative feedback. On his first visit, Raf was polite and knowledgeable and thus given the job immediately. The job was done, albeit a day later than agreed, on a Saturday. I also had to bring in the tower delivery into the house myself, and also take it back out for collection (not a small job either). The first problem was when extra parts were required, but by then at 4pm on Saturday, all shops had closed. Given that he quoted for 2 days work, he didn't want to return for day 2 so made an inferior choice of part (his own admission). This became a very loud tantrum shouting on a Saturday night at 6pm that he doesn't want to drive back here tomorrow, his wages for his colleague Robert. The second problem: he was told that a new sink waste had to be installed and the boss connection for it had to be installed in the correct position to allow for falls from the sink. My plumber has found this to be incorrect. Raf installed it 2 inches too high mid joist height instead of at the bottom, so now the whole work has to be re-done. The biggest loss is his, as I was looking for someone to perform a whole flat refurb immediately. If you're looking for someone who won't shout at you, or make mistakes, then look elsewhere.

The guys did a great job - good quality finish, reasonable price, arrived on time, and kept the place tidy at the end of the day. They were polite, and very helpful (they picked up extra tiles for me, and figured out / fixed other problems I'd had with the bathroom). Very happy with the job, and would definitely recommend them to others.

I am VERY pleased with the work Jan did for us. I found him very professional and knows exactly what he is doing. He fixed the leaking from the toilet, put new taps on bath and basin, replaced some tiles, excellent job. I would definetly use him again and reccommend him to my friends. Very competitive price.

Jan was quick get on site and worked hard to get the job done properly. I would definitely use him again.

Jan worked long hrs into the darkness to complete a job which was more complicated than we initially thought. He return after I had paid him to complete the repair which had reaccured. I would recomend Jan and have asked him to do some further work in my flat.

Jan did a fantastic job tiling our bathroom. Great finish and quality. He also did some painting of our outside doors and windows. Very pleased and would use Jan again.
