Mark not only responded with a fair price but was able to do my job (putting in a new loo) the next day. He did an excellent job and managed to fit the new loo into the footprint of the old one very neatly. He even took the damaged loo away, which I had assumed would be my job. I would definitely ask Mark back.

So pleased I posted this job. Mark was fantastic, really friendly and helpful. Loads of communication so I knew when he was on his way and offered to check back to make sure everything is still working. Really happy to recommend.

Excellent communication - quick to respond with a call, initially, and then excellent follow-up after I sent pictures of what needed replacing. Contacted me when he said he would, responded rapidly, and then turned up when he said he would - having given me a heads-up an hour ahead, just as he said he would. (I'm banging on about this because it's so rare, in my experience, and yet so important. It makes you feel you can trust the guy.) The job was done swiftly and efficiently and very neatly. Everything was cleared up afterwards and the old fittings taken away. I'm very pleased with the outcome and have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Arranged for a job to be done today at 10.30am. Never turned up, no text or phone call to say why. Never replied to my messages. Might be a good plumber but unfortunately he didn’t show. Unprofessional
