Mark kept putting me off for one month with exercise after exercise can't get hold of a electrician was just one so I cancelled the shower altogether. Was a good price for the shower and installation if he had come up with the goods.

I had a problem with the radiators upstairs as two weren't working even after bleeding them myself. When he came, he couldn't even notice that the boiler gauge was zero and charged me £85 for bleeding that I did prior to call-out. He lied to me, saying that "all fixed so the radiator will work" so that he can receive the money. but it didn't work at all. later on, he said, "I have to charge you more for hourly rate if I had to stay to test whether it works or not". I will not recommend him.

Very timely, we were lucky that he was in the area so from having my job posted to fixed was less than three hours ish. Competitively priced, friendly and didn’t leave too much of a mess! I am very very happy and will be using him again to quote for a bathroom re-fit

Came out when he said. Did job efficiently and cleared up afterwards. Replaced bath and sink taps plus changed plug/waste.
