Lee did a lovely job of our flooring throughout our new house. His response was swift to our advert and the job completed much quicker than expected, for a very reasonable fee. The service provided was excellent. He came back a second time to fit the beading as initially we weren't ready and now it looks perfect. Thank you very much.

Lee was professional from start to finish. The standard of workmanship is excellent and I would highly recommend Lee & his company. The price was very reasonable for supply and fitting to an superb standard!!!

Good value, high standard of work. Not perfect but small fixes carried out immediately and without fuss as one would hope.

I am really disappointed with the work done by this company - I've never had such a bad experience with anyone through MyBuilder before. Despite my taking (and re-checking) accurate measurements which I supplied for the quote, Lee on delivering the materials insisted that my measurements were wrong and that I would need to pay for an extra 10m2 of materials and fitting (at a premium price too). As he'd already delivered the flooring (and I'd already paid for it) I felt under pressure so agreed. In hindsight, I should have just told him to take it all back. During fitting he left a huge mess, never putting furniture back and leaving me to struggle to try to move it myself. He also left the first day very early without telling me, leaving windows open and lights on. Finally, he left the job half-finished. There is beading missing in areas, no pipe covers around the rad pipes, the stair nosing he promised isn't curved onto the step but just floating on top, and the one door plate he fitted has already (in less than 4 hours) fallen off. This in addition to the fact that despite charging me for 70m2 of laminate, I only have the boxes for 64.5m2 (and he insisted that he didn't dispose of rubbish) and there is a lot of wastage - at least 4m2 full boards and many more 0.5, 0.75 and 0.25 boards. Looks like he was pawning off the end of a pallet on me. I have communicated these problems to him and he has basically told me that I got what I paid for! Thoroughly disgusted.

Lee completed my laminate flooring in the living room a couple of week ago. It looks great and the Mrs is over the moon (very important). I supplied my own floor but wish i had spoken to Lee first as he could have done me a better deal. i will definitely use him again.

Done a great job and was completed yesterday. Two young apprentices working with Lee both well mannered and hard working. Great deal on the actual flooring used as well. Would recommend Lee / CLM Floors.

Lee supplied and fitted our laminate flooring . Top quality berryalloc laminate to our open plan downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. Good finish and workmanship.

not particulary impressed with the job, beading is not ok in some places just after one month after installation.
