I was very satisfied with CLM. They were punctual, professional and more importantly finished the job to a very high standard.

Lee contacted me promptly to arrange a visit and in fact, visited the same evening. He advised on alternatives to engineered wood that suited our needs and saved us a considerable amount of money. He and his team arrived on time and kept me informed of their progress. They were tidy and considerate of our home. The floor looks great- thanks!

An excellent laminate flooring job in the front room. The quality and finish is extremely good, and it was carried out without delay, and at a sensible price. A prompt and friendly service, and would definitely recommend.

Lee is a true professional and takes pride in his work. He did a fantastic job on the flooring in my house it was a big job and important that it was done to a high standard and I’m glad I went with him because I was not disappointed. He has also been very helpful with recommendations for people for some other jobs that I needed doing in the house. He communicates well and will be flexible to get things done within the time frame you need. If you go with Lee your flooring job will be in safe hands.

Overall very positive with one problem. Lee & his team were qualified and managed to overcome all problems. The wood looks great and he gave us some great pricing on the skirting and the carpet on stairs. We had 1 dispute where Lee didnt believe i had made a payment to him - this ended up being a nationwide bank problem. If Lee had managed this better with me it would have been great as there was no actual reason i wouldnt have held back any payments. There were some defects which Lee came back to a few months later and repaired free of charge.

Lee did an absolutely great job in supplying and fitting a large area of wood laminate flooring. I had used My Builder quite by accident really, not really knowing what to expect. Without it I would not have come across CLM flooring and Lee. He was very proactive in communication often apologising, completely unnecessarily, for being "slow" in getting back to me. I had to tell him he was the fastest tradesman I have come across in getting back to me! I was impressed with his knowledge and his recommendations. He demonstrated that a cheaper, but very high quality and great in appearance, wood laminate floor was better for us rather than a more expensive engineered wood floor which would have need much more maintenance. Lee and his team worked very hard to compete the job quickly and ahead of schedule. He also coped very well with one or two changes and refined requirements during the whole process. HIs 100% positive review rate on Trusted Traders is well deserved. I can see that any negative reviews here are from people who have had very odd expectations or been a bit silly (like not moving furniture). I absolutely recommend him.

I couldnt wait to leave feedback for Lee and Callum. They arrived on time and got straight on with the job. They where both polite and courtious. I could see they were doing the laminate floor with attention to detail. WELL I LOVE THE JOB THEY HAVE DONE. It looks lovely, I am fussy but they have done a great job, very neat and tidy and cleaned up afterwards. Love it...... Thank you to both of you.

Big thank you to both Lee and Cal, absolutely fantastic job laying laminate flooring. Lee was very quick to respond, has plenty of expertise in what he does and quoted a very reasonable price. Lee supplied and delivered all the materials and was able to install within a week. We had the whole of the ground floor laminated (56 square metres) and it was completed to a very high standard. Lee & Cal were punctual about time, moved furniture before they started, did a very professional finish and left our house clean and tidy after completion. A fantastic job overall, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone
