I forgot about this feedback and only saw it when listing another job on MyBuilder. I owe Chris an apology. I wanted to make sure I leave my feedback so others can benefit. Chris is one of the best tradesmen that I have come across. I have an old house which require frequent maintenance so I do come across a lot of them. He fixed our old, squeaky stairs to a level that we hardly hear anything. He replaced a broken step and added extra support to others. Its been over 6 months and we didn't see any issue. He is polite, friendly, professional and very good at his job. He was also kind enough to come back twice to fix a couple of minor issues. He is a bit expensive when compared to others but its well worth it based on my experience. I would highly recommend him!

Chris arrived when he said he would,very pleasant,, friendly man, solved the problem with the staircase,did a good job,would recommend.

Chris is a very amiable and likeable individual and the job carried out by Chris to stop my creaking staircase was done very quickly and efficiently being completed in a morning and rectifying the problem totally despite Chris advising before hand that there can never be a guarantee that this will be the outcome. I would happily recommend Chris for this type of work.
