Chris arrived on time and set about repairing the stairs. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail exactly what needed to be done. On completion everything was let clean and tidy, I really cannot fault any of Chris's workmanship he did a brilliant job, would recommend him. Overall a great job done by the friendliest workman ever !

I am extremely pleased that I had my stairs repaired by Christopher Ward. The prompt and proficiency of his work is outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Christopher to anyone needing a stair repair. His knowledge and the 100% repair of my stairs was worth every penny.

Chris did a great job, as far as I can tell. More importantly, he did it faster and with significantly less disruption than any other tradesperson I approached for this work - so much so that I did not at first believe his quote! My stairs feel completely solid now, and all done without accessing them from below. The work far exceeded my expectations.

I forgot about this feedback and only saw it when listing another job on MyBuilder. I owe Chris an apology. I wanted to make sure I leave my feedback so others can benefit. Chris is one of the best tradesmen that I have come across. I have an old house which require frequent maintenance so I do come across a lot of them. He fixed our old, squeaky stairs to a level that we hardly hear anything. He replaced a broken step and added extra support to others. Its been over 6 months and we didn't see any issue. He is polite, friendly, professional and very good at his job. He was also kind enough to come back twice to fix a couple of minor issues. He is a bit expensive when compared to others but its well worth it based on my experience. I would highly recommend him!
