He was friendly, polite and prompt and did a fantastic job repairing the drawers. He was very thorough and made a couple of adjustments to make sure the job was finished to the highest standards and that he was satisfied. Review left on 10 Jan 2011Rating: 3 out of 5Hi, ive been cutting a few floorboards which are vanished. They need to be repaired in order to look the same as before. It is not a new floor. There are probably 7-8 floorboards with very small cuts from the chop-saw and maybe 2-3 with tiny dents. Can you please provide a quote the job, or send the contact details if any questions. Hi i am a proffesional tradesman, Unfortunately i had a bad experience with Krzysztof, First of all he didnt understand my job description, Second, i asked him a few times to double-check the work before he leaves because i wasnt happy with the job, now the job hes done is in a bad condition and he doesnt want to rectify once he took the money away. I been waiting 2 months to get an invoice from him... No good comunication skills, Not polite I would never hire him again.Answer from tradesperson:
Non of the profetional tratesmem would never want anywone to go home when the job was done is soch a bad conition as well as they would never paid the money in such a situayion! The invoice had been sent just after the first asking on his e-mail as well as by the post box so i can see that one trdesman is despret to mess me around.I have never had any complaions from my cliens since I'd started any of the private jobs.I just wander why one of the tradesmem who hired me ,wrote the bad feedback for me when all the rest have been put on positive coments from all the other customers who I worked for.Cristiano's not fluent English could get us in some understanding!

Krzysztof and his colleague, Mario, did a great job on the front door. They came round at short notice, did the job quickly but without cutting corners and overall, I'm really pleased with them. Krzysztof came yesterday to install a backdoor and all the trimmings. This job turned out to be more complex than it sounds due to me having a wonky, 100 year old London flat! I picked Chris due to his overwhelmingly positive feedback and without detailing it all again, I can confirm it is true. Friendly, punctual and hard-working with a determintation to do the job as well as possible is a perfect summary him. In my case I also needed them to collect the door from B&Q which they did without hesitation. I too would use him again for another job.
