Kris gave me an excellent quote for fitting a new lock on my back door and on my windows. He turned up exactly when he said he would, went away got the parts that I chose from his catalogue and came back and fitted them. There was a slight problem with one of the locks and he went away, built an attachment himself and came back and fitted it to the door, so the fitting was correct. He did a brilliant job, even sorting out the paint work on the door that had chipped when he was drilling and to top it off, I did mention to him a problem I had with a chest of drawers I tried to construct from Ikea! he even sorted that out for me at no extra charge! I thoroughly recommend this guy, he's very polite, reasonable and most importantly, an excellent craftsman who makes sure he does a job well that you're happy with!
