Really efficient right from the beginning. The two workers that came were brilliant arrived on time, showed me as they went along making sure I was happy. They were so friendly and very professional, they did a brilliant job I’m so impressed loving my new wood burner and have asked them to fit another one in my sun room. They’ve given me a great price I would highly recommend this company 5 stars from me. Thanks

Amazing tradesmen! First off the 4.6/5 star review is simply unfair especially looking back on the service I had - if you read through some reviews are stating they had an amazing job however only giving one start. The over 200+ reviews speaks for itself. Posted the job and Brett immediately got back to me, hashed a few things out and agreed on a price and what was involved for that. Guys came the next day communicated they were going to be late and why arrived and got straight to work. Job turned out to be a bit more of a hassle than first thought due to design of chimney and back boiler which everything seemed to have been built around. Nonetheless Martin and Lee persevered and got the job done in a day meaning the didn't leave until gone 6pm. Can't recommend this outfit enough, they were polite, clean and tidy and perfectionists.

Arrived on time and accompanied my request to be a day early. Experienced, friendly, respectful of my furniture covered all up. For such a dirty job left everything clean and tidy. Good value great product highly recommend.🔥😊

The communication was fantastic for booking in and receiving quotes The two gents who arrived to fit were friendly and professional and very mindful of keeping the mess as minimal as possible which we appreciated a lot. We were booked in to have the burner fitted within two days of enquiring which was absolutely fantastic. The price offered on booking was by far the best one we received for supply and fit of a stove with a slate hearth included, a flue included and the knock out included (however, we were charged extra on the day for the knock out of the fire which was a bit alarming - at first they asked for an additional £200 which we negotiated to an additional £100 but we were not sure what that was actually for, we did pay it anyways as the total cost was still pretty good) The overall service was very impressive and I would recommend to friends and family but I would advise to check the price again before arrival. Only a suggestion.

From first contact to having a new log burner installed took less than 24 hours. The two guys that did the job were fantastic, cannot fault them at all.
