Brett was easy to communicate with and was very clear about what work was to be undertaken. He was very accommodating with our need for certain dates too. The work man that actually did the job was also brilliant although I forgot to grab his name. He was friendly and knowledgeable and talk us through exactly what was going to happen and approximate timings. We kept in contact as there was issue with the fabrication of the new Hearth. His guys arrived on a Sunday morning when they said they would and got in with the job. Todd and Martin weren't the most talkative individuals so I just left them too it most of the day. They did remove their boots when they came inside as it was bouncing down due to Storm Franklin. The install was fine was just a bit miffed about the mess they had left (bits chopped out the roof, installation etc) I messaged Brett, he was least happy and has offered a free sweep in return.Review from Customer of Chimney chaps Customer of Chimney chaps

Saved close to £1000 pounds based on other quotes for supply and install.
