Job was cancelled the day before it was meant to be completed. I was advised he had an accident. Awaited a few weeks before the job was rescheduled only not to show up. This time no text or call just no show, Just no common decency, could have at least contacted me to cancel the job or to advise no longer want to carry out the work. Terrible customer service, i would not recommend!

From start to finish this was such a straight forward process. Happy with quote.2 days later the Ladz came early and worked really hard to tick every box. John and Steve installed/ supplied my stove, flu, and hearth. seem like really genuine decent guys, did a brilliant job, worked really hard, have lots of sound helpful advice, as they have fires themselves at home they were happy to give very useful tips in how to get a fire started, cleaning, maintaining my stove, and safety. I felt very comfortable with them in my home, as very easy to be around. Left the place clean, and did a really nice neat job. I shall be recommending you to my friend!:) Thanks guys:) Amy👍👍👍🔥

I could not be happier with the job which Chimney chaps did for us.Super fast and easy communication-swift date booking, came on time, very friendly, polite and after the job they have cleaned and hoovered and left the place immaculate - took away all the rubbish.If you are looking for any job around chimneys and fireplace, don't look any further.None of the 5 local companies which I left endless messages didn't bother to call me back.Chimney chaps came to the rescue and they are not local to Lincolnshire! Brilliant-Thank you!! Anything I will need in the future-I know who to call.

Professional service

Handnew liner, simple job became a long job, no fault of the two brilliant fitter. My chimney sas full of rubbish and the two guys spent hours removing it. Then my multi burner was getting old and needed some repairs. I asked them how much for a new one. They phoned the boss who gave me a good inclusive price of a new one. I checked the Internet and could not get near his price. I said yes, believe it or not it was delivered the next morning. It was installed a few days later on Saturday morning. The bosses Daughter turned up as promised with another installer. She was so good and very helpful. All fitted. I had few thought would it all go through as the firm were up north from me. Well all I can say the company Chimneychapps were excellent, clean workers and very helpful. If you service is as good as mine was I recommend them 100 percent. Oh, before I forget they put floor covering down and the clear up mess on the go. Brilliant. My son is going to use them in a few months when he has time to repair his chimney. (he is a builder).
