Fabulous service from start to finish. They installed a new stove in my single storey extension. Work completed 3 weeks after my initial enquiry. It would have been 2 weeks but got postponed due to bad weather / snowed in which couldn't be helped. We had a couple of issues on installation day but neither were the fault of Chimney Chaps, they didn't complain and just got on with the job. Great pair of lads. Really competitive price and happy with the service we received.

Nice quick job. Was able to turn up a couple of days early. The two lads who completed the job were happy to explain the installation and stoves, polite, accommodating. Would recommend.

Chimney Chaps we're very professional, they arrived promptly on the date arranged. Due to an unforeseen problem with an hidden wooden beam they weren't able to complete the work that day and arranged an alternative date. Once again they arrived promptly the completed work was to a very high standard John and Gaz were clean, tidy, and gave excellent advice on using the wood burner. I would Highly recommended Chimney Chaps
