Excellent service from Brett and Martin. Martin did a fabulous job on the Instalation after a previous company had fitted the flue incorrectly. All work was completed to high standard and certificated to comply with current building regs. Highly recommend. Great job guys.

All went well ,had a stove fitted . Very tidy, respectful people, and work done well . Although I have not tried the fire/stove as its been too warm .Looking forward to it .Many thanks Irena. No certificate as yet ? I'm sure it will arrive soon. Would recommend these trades people.

The guys were great, arrived on time kept the area clean, even went that little bit extra as the stove had a paint defect on the side which they sorted. HETAS certification not arrived yet but they did say 2 weeks so i'll give it another week before contacting them.

Things happened very fast the two guys that came certainly knew what they were doing they made the job look very easy everything went without a hitch , i would certainly not hesitate in recommending Chiminey chaps to anyone ,

Very poor communication and service. Job that meant to be completed in 2 days took weeks, demanded payment up front before the job was even finished. I also advised on initial call that there was a leak from the chimney stack got told it will be done as part of the job including the trade confirming on the day all sorted just to find nothing was done got water leaking into my property when contacted they denied they agreed to anything and said they’re contractor is away so no one can fix so make sure you get everything in writing. After series of rude texts from the owner I got offered a £100 back which never arrived and am now put in the position where I need to look for another trade to fix what’s been agreed as they’re not interested with quotes coming at £750 . Avoid !
