Review left on 16 May 2019Rating: 5 out of 5New bathroom to be fittedCharles did a fantastic job. He fitted a beautiful Victorian style bathroom and a separate wet room for us. He is very good at what he does and his attention to detail was excellent. Charles was also pro-active and made suggestions/found solutions to issues where necessary which was very much appreciated. Communication was clear and I always felt I knew I had a handle on next steps, timing etc. Last, but by no means least, Charles is a genuinely good person. Over the two jobs, Charles was in our house for 7 weeks (which was spot on his estimate), and we never once felt that was an issue. He gave me good advice and asked all the right questions prior to even agreeing the job unlike others that were quite pressuring to agree the work.
