I never felt like charles was moving the goal posts or adding things on like other tradesman do. He was always so polite and helpful too like offering to pick up my tiles. We at Charles Bell Refurbishments place customer satisfaction as our No.1 priority, so it is with great regret that I see this customer was unhappy with the service provided. I completely understand the reasons for leaving this feedback, as I did have to reschedule the work at short notice – I had a situation where rather a lot of water was coming through an elderly lady's ceiling, and I had to prioritise that. I am not in the habit of postponing jobs in this way, as I hope can be seen from my other reviews. I must point out that it was I who contacted the customer first to advise of this; there was no call from the customer to track me down. I have no idea who "Steve" is, so maybe it was him that the customer called in error. Despite this upsetting experience, Charles Bell Refurbishments remain committed to delivering exceptional customer service and top-quality work at all times. For very reasonable rates, too.
