The service provided from start to finish far exceeded my expectations. Luke visited our house to quote for a cloakroom refit and provided such valuable honest advice, tips that only an experience bathroom designer/fitter can give. Often saying 'are you sure...have you thought of this...which all improved on our thinking' Outstanding quality of seamless workmanship from everyone in the team, to an exceptional standard, from removal, plastering, plumbing, tiling, fitting, boxing & painting. A few problems along the line too - which were tackled without compliant or issue. A lovely team of friendly guys that all my family really liked & enjoyed chatting with (of course trying not to hold them up or interrupt!). Thank you Luke, Richard and the team - our new cloakroom is amazing thanks to you & it was a pleasure to get to know you all too. If only there was a three thumbs up button!

Luke responded to our request to cap off a gas pipe from a gas fire on a Saturday evening. Job was carried out the next day on a Sunday afternoon. Very quick and efficient
