Luke called me back literally seconds after I sent my contact details. His confidence and 'can do' attitude immediately impressed. He came for a site visit within 2 hours and gave great advice on how to complete the job without removing the toilet which was most appreciated. Also pleasing was his reasonable quote. We agreed the job to start today at 9am (he could have came yesterday, but I did not have the boiler in hand) and at 9AM precisely he and his no2 arrived. They worked quickly, tidily and overcame the inevitable little niggles that came up with ease. They provided all of their own fittings and even filled the redundant hole of the old flu. They had the new boiler installed and fired up within 3 hours and we're immensely pleased - with not only the result, but with the standard of the fitting and pipe work, which was immaculately done even though the pipes will be hidden from sight behind a wall very shortly. They left the house tidy, removed the old boiler and made sure to give us the completed warranty form along with the full set of manuals. We were so impressed from start to finish that we're going to use him to complete the entire bathroom re-development project and a further boiler change in another property! Luke really is a first class guy who knows his stuff – we were lucky to have found him.

Luke contacted me within hours of posting the job. Talked through what the job was over the phone and quoted me straight away. Provided good products and was able to come the same week to complete the work. Luke and his colleague were both very pleasant and got on with the job in hand, and although slightly different to what he had expected (my explanation!), got on and completed the job with no questions asked. Very tidy workers and did a great job on the work. I have already recommended Luke, and will definitely be using him again in the future! Greatful I have found a reasonably priced and honest plumber!!

Project: bathroom relocation When we first met Luke we were impressed straight-off by his no-nonsense approach and get-it-done attitude. He is trustworthy, keeps his promises and does the job to a high standard. Ours turned into the project from (almost) hell but through no fault of theirs. If it hadn't been for Luke & the guys it probably would've been a lot worse! They gave us a fabulous bathroom (despite all that the old building threw at them) and we also have a new bedroom. Luke really knows his stuff - if he recommends something we generally would go with his suggestions. We've had so many compliments about our new bathroom, everyone loves it. It is pretty fab! We will definitely use The Central Heating Co again (if they can stand us) and highly recommend them to others.

We employed Luke and his team to refit our downstairs shower room. Luke was exceptionally knowledgeable and gave us advice and guidance on how we could improve the room. His team carried out the renovation in good time and the workmanship is excellent. Luke is friendly, very hardworking and a pleasure to employ. I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to contact him again regarding future projects.

Have to say that Luke and his team did a very good job and after refurbishing our bathroom we hired him to refurbish the downstairs WC. Works involved removing partitioning and old bathroom suite, new studwork, new ceiling, plastering, plumbing and tiling. No job is without problems either but Luke was always willing and will do anything for anyone. Workmanship was very good. Luke's a busy guy but always made sure the customer was happy with the work carried out. Would definitely recommend him and hire him again. He's a genuinely nice guy.

Luke has been amazing, he has a great eye for design and offers thoughts and ideas on the finish look, he is passionate, tries to get you the lowest prices, has lots of contacts for all the extras too. He works hard and turned it around really quickly. He responds fast to texts / calls and is always helpful. Wish we found him earlier for our other bathroom we did. Can not fault him, the finish look is amazing! Very pleased!
