Fitzroy replaced a rotted door sill and inserted a cat flap in our side door. He responded promptly after the job was posted and is a good and careful craftsman.

He gave a quote based on the photos, and after arrival, found the situation to need more work than anticipated. So the price increased, to which I agreed. Then he fixed the door and filled the hole in the wall. So far (1 day after repair) the door seems to work as intended.
