Fitzroy did a good job though the whole job did take longer than expected in total duration. At the end of the job, we have windows are not so draughty, the wooden frames now like new even condition with rotted parts fixed and open/closing of the sash are much smoother. Fitzroy put up a stud wall complete with door, door frame, skirting and coving for us to convert our 1 bedroom flat into a 2 bedroom one. Once finished (in about a week), the wall looked like it has always been there. He was professional, thorough and meticulous. He didn't quibble over a few small extra things that needed doing in the course of erecting the wall, or over a couple of extra things I asked him to add (like a door stopper). Once done and fully paid up, I discovered a couple of things I wasn't 100% happy with. He came back for a day the following week and completely sorted them out. He is skilled at what he does, doesn't quibble over every little thing, is honest and professional.
