From start to end, I didn't have to worry - he took all the stress of updating my kitchen, including pulling up the flooring and laying down new floorboards and insulation (and saving the original lino which was a saving!), purchased the new kitchen for me, installed it including the plumbing, took everything away and has left me with a brand new beautiful kitchen (and no more creaky floors).
