Very happy with Fraser - friendly and professional we felt like he gave us a good, honest appraisal of the problem with our pipes and charged us a very reasonable price.

Communication was good and Hamish arrived on time. A faulty valve was swiftly replaced as arranged, for a good price. I am happy to recommend. Many thanks for doing this.

Frazer worked hard to get the Job done. I later noticed two of the radiators leaking after he left, not sure how he missed this. He did not test his work before leaving. I’ll get in touch with him tomorrow and hopefully get this resolved. I will rate him highly when he comes back and fix this leakage.

Turns out it was all our own stupid fault but Fraser was very kind about it. Planning on another wee job in the future so was nice to meet someone I could trust to do the job for me.
