    Washer-dryer installation

Fraser lived up his company's name, arriving 40 minutes after he called me (in the middle of Storm Babet) and completing the job on the spot. He was courteous, quick and efficient and got the washer-dryer installed in no time. Since then, the machine has worked perfectly. So, overall, very satisfied.

    Taps

Plumber didn’t get back in contact, having taken a deposit for work. Now been over 4 months, property address empty where business is registered, neighbours don’t have any contact details for him or his wife. Money lost.

    Answer from tradesperson:

Was running late due to flat tire. When arrived at property there was no answer on either phone or buzzer. Customer was also very disrespectful. After giving an initial quote of £86 to replace the flush valve on the toilet this include parts and labour he asked if I could do it for £40. After asking for other work to be done he continued to ask for more than a 50% reduction of the price
