Excellent communication came on time and did a first call job would recommend him.

Christian kept in touch and offered a suitable date and time. He took care of the issue fairly quickly, explained what to do to avoid further issues and charged only a reasonable call out fee Also offered to come back if the problem reappears.

Christian turned up when he said he would. The job (replacement mixer taps) was completed quickly and effectively. There was a tiny leak from one of the valves that had to be turned off for the job to be done, barely noticeable however, when I contacted Christian he came out and replaced the valve with no fuss and free of charge. He was under no obligation to do this as it was obviously wear and tear on the old valve. That to me is excellent customer care and I would highly recommend his services.
