    Bathroom Leak

    Leaking sink trap.
    The plumber turned up and tightened the pipe connection and charged me £50 for a 10 minute visit. The trap was still leaking so I asked him to come back. He came back and replaced the washer that I supplied but the trap is still leaking. The response from tradesperson is pure fabrication and the camera footage we have of that morning would prove that!!!

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Attended this property 3 times and fixed a leak and only charged £50. Ken explained that his brother was a Plumber so he knew abit about Plumbing so kept trying to alter the pipe to where he wanted it. I wasn't returning a 4th time if Ken was going to move pipe again. Tradesmen beware!!

    Leaking in the bathroom ground floor flat
