We are very pleased with the work, Paul's suggestions made what we felt a great design even better. Pricing for extra work (because we were undecided at time of contract signing) were reasonable and fitted in with the overall build. Paul's team worked very hard, long hours and also weekend to get work finished. When speaking to another of Paul's customers, I asked. "Is this too good to be true; best quote and available for work almost immediately." He yes and I agree with him. I would use Paul and his team again. Thank you for a great job.

Paul and his team are very good, from understanding our complex build requirements to completing ahead of schedule, ‘even with the changes we made’ the project was delivered on budget and to a high standard. As testament to this, we are in our 3rd build project with his team with more planned A true gent, he delivered ‘the BUILD ON TIME’

Paul and the team were excellent from the start, promptly providing a very detailed quote. The job was to demolish a garage and conservatory and replace with a single story extension. They were competitively priced and an aggressive timescale. They completed the main build on schedule, working six days a week. Paul was very helpful, suggesting alterations to help save time and money. Any changes to the original spec were priced quickly and in detail, with options offered. The standard of the work has been excellent, disruption and mess was kept to a minimum which was important to us with a young family. Highly recommended. We'd certainly use Paul and his team again.

Paul, Pavel and the team completed a second storey extension, porch and reconfiguration of out upstairs, they also did a lot of hard landscaping to the front and back garden. Paul is great, nothing is a problem, and if they do arise he finds solutions. The team work very hard, never known builders work 6 days a week, 8-6 to get the job finished on time. They are flexible with changes to requests and good with suggestions for other improvements. The quality of work is very good, we are very pleased with the final result, would highly recommend Paul and the team and have already got plans for work with him in the future.

Gone are the stereotypical views of the builders who do not turn up, take your money and sat around drinking cups of Tea whilst you watch in anger. Paul and his Team do quite the opposite. Build On Time work hard and work well to ensure that YOU the customer can be rest assured that whatever you want to achieve IS done without YOU worrying about the former. I had the benefit of seeing Paul's work prior to me taking him on but I have to admit that now all works are complete I cannot fault the quality and Paul's competence. Paul clearly has a passion for what he does as a profession and has always come across as the type of builder who will not sleep until his customer is both happy and content. I would use Paul again and I have no issue with inviting those who are considering his services to come and see his work. I had a couple of small issues after the build was done (these are to be expected) and when I asked Paul to come back and address those he did. And these were addressed in both a timely and professional manner. Paul has a wit about him and as a person very easy to get on with. Paul explains what his proposals are and is good at sharing ideas. We had a single storey rear extension done and whilst this was my first project Paul's keen and professional intervention was welcomed.

The quality of the building work was good and we are happy with the final result of the work done, however the experience overall was negative. Our job was accepted by Build On Time, but it was soon made clear to us that they weren't really interested in our small job and it was more of an inconvenience to them. The job took much longer than stated as they were busy with other work, lack of communication about when they were coming to work on the property and not returning messages was a problem for the duration of the job, cigarette butts were left littering our driveway at the end of the job from the labourers smoking outside, and to top it off, one of the labourers helped himself to our hoover from inside a cupboard without asking, using it to vacuum building dirt/dust which broke the hoover. Despite contacting Paul on multiple occasions and him claiming he would sort the problem out saying he would collect the hoover to get it fixed, this didn't happen despite chasing it up a number of times. So we have been left out of pocket as a result or this by having to buy a new hoover. So overall we were unimpressed with this company and would not use again!

We hired Paul for a large extension project last year. The work included a big extension, rearranging the layout of the property, re-fiting of all plumbing, electrics, floors, fitting of a new bathroom, kitchen and building fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms and the hallway. His quote was realistic and along the lines of what we thought the project would cost. Always extremely professional, polite and hard working the team managed to complete the entire project in 10 weeks! Paul always suggested different options if he thought things could be done in a better way – which is what we really liked and appreciated. He has all the necessary skills on the team (an electrician, plumber, carpenter etc) and organised all the different parts of the job himself which was great. The quality of finish was excellent and we really love everything that has been done. We are hoping to use Paul again for some additional work. I have only good things to say about Paul and his team and highly recommend them.

I hired Build On Time to completed a single storey rear extension with kitchen. They also fitted a new upstaurs bathroom along with a new central heating system. Paul (Build On Time) provided a reasonable quote and kept within budget. Paul is an experienced builder and no problem was too big. He and his team work hard and the quality of his work is excellent. I hope to get Paul back in the future to complete other works. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul and his team.

Excellent Job. Build On Time builders have completed our bathroom project. We are very happy with the service and the end result. We did get lots of different companies round for quotes but these guys at Build on Time, are in a league of their own. Their price was realistic and reflected the quality of their construction services. Build On Time builders are very professional and have a lot of staff. They gave us the option to have a total design and build service. I further would like to add that Build on Time Builders highly recommend them to customers as they have been around for many years. Build on Time, they are what they say "Build On Time".
