The job is progressing well, to schedule and budget. Project planning, communication and quality of workmanship is all exemplary. Build on Time are a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them and I would certainly use them in future projects. This job is a garage conversion, new kitchen and the creation of a new laundry room where advice has been needed it has been excellent.

We recently used Build on Time Ltd to build a ground floor extension and remove chimney breasts from 4 rooms on a home renovation project. Paul and his team delivered within budget and ahead of time. This did not compromise their attention to detail or care taken with their work. All were extremely hard working and committed to getting as much out of each day as possible. They were reliable, trustworthy and a pleasure to be around. We would definitely recommend!

Paul and his team were excellent. They did a great job, worked exceptionally hard to get the work done and the end result is beautiful. Highly recommended and will definitely be employing again.

First thing first, if your looking for big projects such as extensions and full house renovations then look no further - Paul is the right guy for the job. We have really liked Paul's approach right from the beginning i.e. visiting our property couple of times to understand our requirements, providing clear breakdown of works planned vs cost & timelines and most importantly references - he will ensure we get first hand info by directly speaking with his clients (previous projects house owners) . He's got an amazing team - Electrician (Mitko), Plumbing (Pavel) and Decorator (Nicholai ) who are the best in their field and focus on delivering quality job. Paul is a carpenter by profession so along with project management experience he helped us to design customised doors/cabinets and his wealth of building experience really helped us to achieve finished project in a cost effective way. Also key thing to call out is their post completion support - Paul & his team are one phone call away. During the course of the project we have developed mutual trust and respect which is very rare in this field. I strongly recommend Build On Time without any doubt and am sure Paul will do his best to complete project on time without compromising on quality. Hari

build on Time completed a two-storey extension on my house. All the work was completed to a high standard and within the timeframe agreed upon. Paul made sure each stage of the work was completed properly and was able to accommodate changes in plans. Paul was responsive and available throughout the work. The project was completed very quickly and we are very happy with the results. I would be happy to recommend Paul and build on time. We needed a constructor for a rear extension of the kitchen on the ground floor and room on the first floor. Paul was not the cheapest option, but on the first visit, before getting the job Paul seems to understand the job. I have asked him to give me an initial estimate for the project, where later, after getting the permit from Barnet, I provided Paul with exact drawings for the job, the estimate stayed in a close range. We had the job started on time as agreed and Paul with his team showed up every day, knowing what's the day work and progressing with no delays. The job was completed within the time frame (two months for a complicated extension of the ground floor combining moving of the kitchen & extending the playroom on the first floor) Paul was available for all queries and questions and knew to give good advice when needed. I can definitely recommend Paul from BuildOnTime for similar projects.

Paul and his team are very efficient, work attentively and are hard working like no other tradesmen I’ve employed. The team apply themselves for 10hr days, you simply cannot fault there commitment and determination. Paul is also very knowledgeable and helpful, with many years in the trade, to ensure you get the job done right. We had Paul and team, knock out two bathrooms, with chimney breast removal to covert one back to a bedroom and modernise the main bathroom along with a small laundry conversion. They take every effort to minimise dust and disruption and make every effort to accommodate changes or problems that might arise without to much concern. My only criticism which is a shared one, is that we didn’t sit down and discuss all the details of the job a second time after our initial quote prior to starting in order to cover off what we were providing (meaning what Paul had to work with and install) and what was covered as part of the quote so there were some misunderstandings as a result but nothing that cannot be resolved by ensuring this point is considered for future jobs and prospective clients wishing to engage Paul’s services. Overall I am very happy with his quality, application and professionalism. Highly recommend!

To date the best builder I have come across, and I have had many a project.. Paul’s company does what it says on the tin, ‘ build on time’ , they start work at 8 finish at 6. My kitchen build was done in 10-12 working days , that’s removing a load bearing wall, re-plastering , all plumbing work, flooring , fitting the kitchen , lighting and painting. Cannot recommend Paul and his team more. If you want pictures more than happy to share. Will definitely be using BUILD ON TIME again.

Paul is a trustworthy, pleasant and hardworking man with a dedicated team of skilled, friendly and polite men who worked responsibly from early morning till late afternoon to get the job done. The crew made sure that the site was clean and tidy for the following morning. The whole project of the two storey side extension took around 4 months to complete on the agreed tender sum. We are extremely pleased with the high standard finishes of the whole extension and would like to thank Paul and his team for their professionalism and hard work.

It is a pleasure to have found a builder that really cares about his work. Paul is a delight to work with. He and his team built us a significant front extension including all walls, roof and drainage. They painted all the external areas of our house and fitted a complete new bathroom including underfloor heating. Nothing was too much trouble and he came up with some great ideas. He worked well with local building control professionals and when small things didn't go to plan (as they always do) he was around to make sure there were ways around the hurdle. He even got on with my wife, which is a miracle and is more than I've managed to do for 27 years. I highly recommend Paul and his team. He also made me laugh.
