A very friendly and helpful guy. Did everything we asked him to do and more! Would definitely use his services again!

Alfonzo responded promptly on my request to do safety checks of my boiler and provide a certificate. He offered a good price. He came on time though it took him an hour to get my place. His smile and openness showed his ability to win customer's favour and loyalty. He revealed also high standards of professionalism when he tried to sort out a problem which came out unexpectedly. I did not tell him that my boiler works on LPG and he is not qualified to provide a certificate for this type of boilers. I could see he is an experienced gas engineer and he had everything to do a good job, skills and all equipment with him, but he would not, because he is an honest businessman. He refused to take money from me because I wasted his time. It says he is self confident and able to provide decent services. I wish him lots of success. "When morality comes up against profit, it is seldom that profit loses"

I would certainly recommend Alfonzo. He found great solutions to an unexpectedly difficult task was very friendly, diligent and conscientious. And a very nice chap 🙂

Algonzo stayed until late to finish a job that ended up being way larger than expected. Excellent standard of work. Great guy, perfectionist. Can't recommend him highly enough.

He came round the next day and because he did it quicker than he'd quoted for he actually charged me a bit less. Quick reliable service would definitley use again
