Alfonzo communicates with you every step of the way and is very polite and well mannered. He pays huge attention to detail. He arrived at my Park home to move a stop cock and to do other plumbing jobs I needed during my refurbishment. He spent over an hour and half trying to locate the main stop cock underneath my home, only to find it was severely corroded, so the mains to my site had to be cut for a short while. Because people were waiting for their water to be turned back on it was important to do the job as quickly as possible whilst at the same time doing a very thorough job. He managed to do this keeping all my neighbours happy.
I also asked him to do pipe work for my washing machine and dish washer, and he did a very neat job. His final job was to service my boiler and give me a certificate of good condition, however he was not happy completing the service until the electrician screwed the switches on to the wall, as they were hanging over the flu. I was not able to see this at the time as I had not moved in due to refurbishment. So I was very pleased that he was very thorough and patiently waited for the electrician, to allow him to complete his service. Others might not have been so thorough and would have cut corners, so I was very happy. I have now been able to see for myself that he has done a wonderful job and I would certainly recommend him. Added to this I thought his pricing was too low, so I very happily paid extra for a job well done.
