I had the pleasure of meeting Zack (and his budding apprentices!). Absolutely faultless service. There was a slight issue after completion but Zack came back 2 times to sort it. He was very reassuring indeed. He was very clean and tidy during and after completion. I would highly recommend and will definitely be adding to my 'approved list of contractors'. A premium and BOSS service ;)

I am so pleased with the work Zac did and couldn't recommend him highly enough. I was delighted that he did the job straight away, was punctual, tidy and polite. He did a wonderful job with the gas and the most important thing was that you could talk to him and ask him questions. He was very patient. Zac did a great job installing gas inspection hatches. Great communicating availability Spot on quote. He was neat and accurate with the installation. He cleaned up after which was a great touch. Great experience.

Zac was great - really honest, straight up and fair. Really glad I went with him, he’s the one you want it you’re tossing up between a couple. Had a couple of quotes but he beat them both in terms of cost and time taken. He was really quick to respond, both in terms of replying to messages and getting round to do the job. Also let me know all options and kept me informed every step of the way - invoicing for the parts beforehand etc. Did a lovely job, really thorough. Can’t fault him. Solved my leak, boiler good as new. Will be keeping his details for future and for friends & family. Thanks so much - really pleased!!
