Fantastic service from Zac and his son who were super knowledgeable and so very helpful. Zac was friendly and kept me updated with a double appointment as i needed to swap dates and was so accommodating around my tenants. He gave me a quote over the phone, he then came over the wrong date to come and do the job. I was not around. He quoted me a higher price for another date. When the date was due I asked if we was coming over and he stop replying me to messages. I just wasted all this time waiting for him.Answer from tradesperson:
This customer was hoping for cheap labour to complete a very difficult and specialist task I was not prepared to get involved after visiting for a site survey. Hindsight gave me the opportunity to pass on this one and the customer was totally informed at the time that I would not be going ahead with his job.
