Felipe contacted me quickly after posting the job on MyBuilder.com. After a phone call and an email discussion outlining the project, Felipe provided me with a very professional and clear quote. The documentation outlined the projected process and price at each stage (which was stuck to, with the exception of an unforeseen Heritage statement that was required at an additional fee, but was all arranged and completed by Bicshell on my behalf). I currently live abroad, so had numerous conversations with Felipe and his team via email, Whatsapp and Skype, they were always very quick to reply and very helpful and understanding with such things as obtaining access to the property. Bischell have recently submitted the planning permission on my behalf and we are awaiting the out coming. Overall, Bischell were professional and have a done great job, I will definitely be looking to them, if and when the next stage of the project commences.

Felipe and his colleague Yana was very helpful during the whole process. No hidden charges and everything was clearly communicated. They followed up with the council and Thames Water and kept me up to date in each stage. I didn't have to do much. They even did the modifications to the drawings couple of times when I requested to do so. I would definitely recommend them for any one.
