I had a complicated project to relocate some stairs in a period property where no wall was straight and I had the task of trying not to lose space in the bathroom upstairs as well as making my hallway bigger. The 3DS provided where great and I got to keep the original file which allowed me to play with it and share it with my family. Definitely recommend.

We planned a double story side and rear and completely replanned the existing house. Felipe and Yana came up with many ideas and were responsive to our input. Communication was very good, and helpful with any questions that needed to be answered. The drawings were very professional and met our design brief. Would happily recommend.

Overall happy with the service Felipe has provided, have been able to come under short notice to go through designs/ideas with me, was able to make full use of space provided, and took his time explaining everything and anything I did not understand. The whole design to submission process was really prompt and been kept in the loop throughout the whole process. Unfortunately due to other financial commitments we were not able to proceed with the extension as planned, and have postponed til a later date, but will be looking for Felipe to manage this piece of work for us when the time is right. I would certainly recommend Felipe to anyone else who requires any design/work done for their property.

Felipe @Bischell has been great on both occasions I've used his skills. He listened to the plan, suggested good ideas and was not only very accurate in terms of the drawing but also fast. Also offered to liase with the council regarding the music studio project. Would use him again!

Bischell work with the client very closely to deliver outcomes that are just what we wanted. They also have good links to partner firms for additional services, e.g PWA, Building Control. Felipe has enthusiastic young staff who monitored our project regularly. The end product of our project is aired by everybody who sees our properties.

My application was in Brent, in the barn hill conservation area estate. I had heard it was tricky to get approval due to the stringent guidelines but I never imagined it be so complex! This was due to Brent council having an inconsistent approach, extending times, forgetting to put notices and changing case officers. Luckily Bischell guided me through the process and got me an approval. The team had to do a greater amount of work than they had quoted for but never complained and always provided solutions. The also advised me on structural matters and we got a basement included in the application, as well as a double story side and rear kitchen extension. Bischell are flexible and reliable team that always came to me with solutions, qualities I admire when hiring any professionals. As client I felt they fought my corner, negotiated well and did not give up and compromise at the first hurdle. I'm happy to recommend to all.
