    Leak in bathroom on the floor at back of pedestal basin
    Very pleasant ,diagnosed the problem straight away and did the job promptly and well. He also noticed my hot water tap on the basin was leaking so replaced that too. Would definitely recommend.

    New bathroom suite fitting
    Provided a good quote initially. Took out my old bathroom suite for £250. I gave him the keys to finish the job. Called him a few times for updates and each time was told “next week.” Didn’t return my last call. It’s now been one month. Still has the keys to my flat.

    I took this job on as initially the customer wanted an entire bathroom referb I quoted for new suite, floor, electrics, tiling, etc She said she couldn’t afford the work so as I could see she was struggling with the budget I offered to help with the plumbing only. Fitted new bath, basin, wc for £250. Ok I had to do something else while she attempted tiling and other bits. As I remember I went out my way to get keys from her on several occasions to let other trades in . Also offered to return keys yet she declined. Shame as I was trying to help her out as I knew for a fact she wouldn’t find anyone else in her budget! Wish her all the best though

    Install shower tray and enclosure
    Ste came to replace a few tiles , fit a radiator,a shower tray , a new shower and cubicle but it turned into a much bigger job when the old radiator was taken off and he discovered that six large tiles were damaged and I had no more replacements, I faced having the whole bathroom re-tiled which I didn’t want he recommended and fitted wall boards which look amazing and fitted the new shower which he got for me which is a thousand times better than the original. I would say he is an excellent plumber who knows his stuff and would highly recommend him.

    New shower room fitted
    Ste was a very easy and friendly person to deal with. He did a really good job and we were very happy with the result.

    Shower fitting
    Very helpful told me what shower to buy.clean up after himself friendly on time done quick but very good job happy with price

    Washing machine leaking heavily
    Steve came. Replaced cold water feed to the washing machine which was leaking. Total cost was £90, which was £70 labour and £20 for the material and transportation. Did the job well. Washing machine working very well now. Accommodated us as date needed to change which was my doing!

    Leakage from Toilet
    He could not fix the leak but did not charge for it either. He felt very confident yet no significant change in leakage was observed
